Perhaps a partial refund or a discount for the next time my friends come, because like I stated above, it would have been worth the $40, not the $70 or $90 asking online. Thanks for your review, but you left out the part where you and your friends decided to go wonder all over the casino floor when we were walking from the 1st bar to the party bus while following our host. I wont be going through this service again unless they give me a reason to. I am guessing you have my money now and dont care but I am a local here in Las Vegas and when my friends come to visit we like to do group tour deals. It would have been worth the $40 groupon deal but certainly not the full $70 price I paid. Wasnt as cool as I was expecting for vegas standards of "vip". With a group of 15 paying $90 per person, we could have done all this and then some, or at least had a place to sit. The tour was a ton of fun, however I wont go though your service again because it was hyped up way more than it was worth. VIP I suppose doesn't mean you will have a place to sit either because we were shunned from every place to sit being told it was going to cost us $$$. We waited in every line, and the guide made us the most disgusting drinks. "No cover charges or waiting in line.Enjoy unlimited summer cocktails such as margaritas, daiquiris and more on board the bus.And just to make sure we keep the party going, we have a daquiri bar on board." Obviously this was not true. "Then After that you are off into our limo party bus for a tour of the Las Vegas Strip." Nope, we took a bus to the sign, no tour of the strip occurred, and again, waited in line for 30 minutes to get a photo. Then we paid $16+ per drink, no specials were included. We waited in the venus pool line for 30 minutes just to have them not recognize our "VIP stamps" and tried to make us pay until we located our guide. First off out tour guide did the very minimum possible to guide us. The advertisement says "You will start at a party pool where you will relax and enjoy drink specials." This is a false advertisement. Us and 15 other people paid $70 a piece (unless grouponed) to be on this "VIP Pass" which was very fun, but certainly not VIP. Two of my friends and I recently were on the "vip" pool party bus pass last week. Trip May have been great, can’t comment, but communication really needs to be a lot better. Not being able to do event on our last night in Vegas was really disappointing, going to a Vegas nightclub is one of the things on the list to do. I read Ts and Cs and this is correct, but they should also have an agreement on the communication plan they have and if they don’t meet it, then they can’t fine you. On my return home, I received an email saying I’d been charged $70 dollars for our no show. Eventually received communication about 2 hours before the meeting time, which was really too late to change my rearranged plans and get to the Venetian night club.Ĭommunication needs to be a lot better and earlier, even a days notice would have been acceptable. Emailed the company when had a bit of WiFi at a stop on way back to say we’d had no details. Went to visit Grand Canyon and decided we’d do something else when we got back to Vegas. On the morning of the event still had no details sent through so wrote it off as something we weren’t going to get in. I booked this as part of 40th birthday plans for the week we were in Vegas. This was terrible, I didn’t even get to a club as, with most other comments, I didn’t receive any communication about the itinerary or anything. I know most people don’t write positive reviews and mainly negative ones, so I’ve decided I’m going to start reviewing everything i do on trip advisor, good or bad. Also 2 out of the 3 "nightclubs" were basically just bars. On top of the stupid amount of money we spend on drinks in the second club, I also had a massive phone bill from trying to call them from overseas ahead of our tour as they hadn't sent over any information until a few hours before it was due to start. They should have cancelled if they knew there wasn't any. Hardly anyone returned to the bus after the second club and I wish we didn't as the hosts were just stood at the front of the bus on their phones with nothing but lies about how it's "not their job" to sort the alcohol. If we had known we could have gone to the shop ourselves to get some as clearly that was too much of a task for our "VIP" hosts. Later found out that they hadn't had alcohol for over 2 nights so they knew they weren't going to have any and that it wasn't going to get sorted by the time we come back on. Didn't get told this until we were already on the bus, Tommy said that this was due to someone "dropping the ball" and hoped it would be sorted by the time we got back on the bus. There was NO ALCOHOL on the bus as promised. Honestly the worst night I have ever had in Vegas.
